It’s a gentle, natural and highly effective technique grounded in ancient Vedic wisdom that provides deep, restorative rest, dissolves years of accumulated stress, and improves both mental and physical wellbeing.


Practised for just twenty minutes, twice a day, the power of this practice lies in its simplicity, effortlessness, and systematic approach.


Unlike many other techniques, Vedic Meditation doesn’t require concentration, control, or trying to change or stop thoughts. Instead, it works with the natural tendencies of the mind and body, allowing the mind to effortlessly transcend thoughts and experience subtler layers of awareness, calm and inner contentment.


It’s taught in person over four days, with lifetime support, and is suitable for almost anyone — regardless of experience or background. It's design fits easily into modern life — no sitting in uncomfortable positions, no apps, or lifestyle changes required.

I’m Liliana — a Vedic Meditation teacher based in Melbourne, Australia. I trained in Rishikesh, India, under Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Maharishi Vyasanand Giri Maharaj (Thom Knoles), a leading and respected global authority on Vedic Meditation. My training is rooted in the Shankaracharya lineage of the Vedic tradition.

A long-time meditator, I teach from a place of warmth, lived experience, and reverence for this ancient wisdom.
