Learn Vedic Meditation

Learning Vedic Meditation is an enriching experience!

Everyone’s journey is personal, but over time, a common experience evolves through the practice of Vedic Meditation: a calmer mind, increased empathy, expanded awareness and a greater sense of purpose and joy.

Becoming a self sufficient Vedic Meditator involves three easy stages:

1. Free Information Session:

You’ll be required to begin with a free online information session, designed to give you an understanding of how the technique works, how it differs from other forms of meditation, details about the training course, and the benefits you can expect.

You’ll also have a chance to ask any questions with absolutely no pressure to enrol into the training.

It’s important to be well informed before deciding to attend the training.

2. Four-Day Training Course

The course is taught in person over four consecutive days, for 1.5 hours each day. During the course:

  • You’ll receive personal instruction in the technique, including your own personalised mantra

  • You’ll be guided through the mechanics of meditation

  • You’ll gain an understanding of how and why Vedic Meditation works, and the positive changes to expect as a regular meditator

  • You’ll learn how to integrate your practice into your daily life with ease.

By the end of the course, you’ll have everything you need to meditate confidently and independently — no apps or devices required, just meditation as it’s meant to be.

Melbourne Courses are held in small groups once or twice a month in Richmond and other north eastern suburbs. Group training in other Melbourne areas can also be arranged upon request.

Regional courses may occasionally be offered, depending on interest and location. If you're based outside Melbourne and keen to learn, please reach out to discuss.

Private & corporate training is also available upon request - feel free to contact me to find out more.

3.  Ongoing Support

After completing the course, you'll have access to the following ongoing support and a community of like-minded meditators:

  • Lifetime access to weekly group meditations with Liliana and any global Vedic meditation teacher

  • A one-off check-in 4 weeks after completing the course

  • The option to re-sit training days 2–4 as a refresher

  • Personal support via email or group meditation sessions, as needed
