I’m Liliana — owner of Tranquillity Naturally and a Vedic Meditation teacher based in Melbourne, Australia.
My Story :
I’ve been a Vedic meditator for well over a decade and can personally attest to the transformative impact that Vedic Meditation and Vedic wisdom have had on my wellbeing and quality of life.
Worn down by significant stress and overwhelm brought on by major challenges, unexpected changes, and a chronic health condition, I was searching for something that could fill what felt like a void - something to restore buoyancy, vitality, and a sense of ease and joy. Like many who have faced unwanted circumstances, I longed for wellbeing, a calmer mind, inner strength, and freedom from distress.

I found Vedic Meditation to be a gentle, yet increasingly profound technique. Over time, it naturally released stresses I had been harbouring for some time, including doubt, and both emotional and physical fatigue. It opened the way to inner stability, clear guidance, and a greater appreciation of, and engagement with, life.

My Training
With such positive results — and a lifelong desire to support others and the wider community — I decided to become a Vedic Meditation teacher.
My training included several years of prerequisite study, followed by the completion of an intensive three-month teacher training program at the base of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India, with Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Maharishi Vyasanand Giri Maharaj, Thom Knoles — a leading global authority on Vedic Meditation.
After completing the training, I was entrusted with the responsibility to teach Vedic Meditation, having received the blessings of the supreme authority of the Shankaracharya lineage of the Vedic tradition, Shri Shri 1008 Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri.​​​
